  • Bankstown Hospital is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Leadership Team across key portfolios.
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leaders, including the Director of Clinical Governance and Director of Allied Health.
  • Play a pivotal role in enabling strategic initiatives that enhance patient care and service delivery.
  • Work closely with influential healthcare leaders driving innovation and excellence across the organisation.

  • Skilled in preparing reports and documentation that are accurate, polished and decision‑ready.
  • Committed to maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations through proactive organisation and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while supporting leadership in a meaningful and reliable way.
