This role will support the operational leadership of allied health services across Melbourne’s south-east — strengthening service consistency, building team capability and helping drive a more integrated, contemporary and client-centred model of care.
You will play a key role supporting clinicians, improving service delivery and helping operationalise broader organisational priorities during a significant period of transformation.

The Role
This is not simply a roster management or purely clinical leadership role.
The Team Leader, Allied Health (Occupational Therapy) provides operational leadership across client-facing allied health services, supporting staff, service delivery outcomes and organisational priorities.
Working closely with the broader leadership team, you will help drive accountability, build capability and support a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
You will…
• Contribute to service innovation and broader organisational transformation
• Lead and support day-to-day allied health service delivery across teams and sites
• Coach and develop clinicians while fostering accountability and collaboration
• Support workforce planning, reporting, compliance and operational improvement
About You
You are a leader and have a genuine commitment to community wellbeing. You may already be leading a team, or you may be an emerging leader ready for the next step.
• Occupational Therapy qualifications with current registration
• Leadership experience within health or community services
• Strong interpersonal and team-building capability
• The ability to balance people leadership with operational accountability
• A collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
