This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Risk Adviser who has completed their PY and is ready to take the next step with an established, growing advice business. The firm has a national presence, with seven offices across Australia, and offers the flexibility to work from any of these locations or completely from home.

You will be joining a firm known for its personalised, relationship-led approach to advice, with a strong focus on helping clients protect what matters most. This role is well suited to someone who is ready to move beyond the Professional Year stage and into a true Adviser position, where you can build client relationships, deliver meaningful risk advice and continue developing your career in a supportive environment.

What you will be doing:

• Providing personal risk advice to new and existing clients across life, TPD, trauma and income protection
• Managing the advice process from initial meetings through to recommendations, implementation and ongoing reviews
• Building strong, trusted client relationships through clear and empathetic communication
• Working closely with a collaborative team to deliver tailored, practical advice
• Supporting clients with policy structure, strategy discussions and claims-related guidance where required
• Contributing to a client-first advice experience built on trust, quality and long-term relationships

What we are looking for:

• Completed Professional Year
• Fully qualified and eligible to work as an Adviser
• Experience or strong grounding in personal risk advice
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• A professional, warm and ethical approach to advice
• Someone who is ready to step into an Adviser role and build a long-term career in the profession
