Administration Support Officer - Community Care

Ozcare has a casual opportunity available for an Administration Support Officer at our North Lakes Community Care Branch.

Your Role

You'll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.

Your tasks will include:

  • General administrative support duties (including general reception, answering phones, emails etc)

  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail

  • Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services

  • Preparing detailed documents

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to work autonomously and ensure your tasks are completed on time

  • Previous experience within an Aged Care setting is advantageous

Role Requirements

  • Must have availability to work a varying schedule within Monday - Friday roster pattern

  • Current National Police Check (valid within the past 3 years) or willingness to obtain one

  • Current Queensland drivers' licence

  • Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
