About the Role

We’re seeking a Channel Manager to join the Indirect Sales team, responsible for managing a portfolio of energy brokers and third-party intermediaries (TPIs) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

At ENGIE, you’ll be part of a business that operates across a diverse energy portfolio, offering broad exposure to different customers, products, and commercial opportunities.

Operating in a fast-paced, transactional B2B environment, this role manages opportunities end-to-end within an assigned broker portfolio, delivering strong commercial outcomes through disciplined quoting, relationship management, and sales execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of energy brokers and TPIs to drive sales outcomes
  • Delivering accurate, timely quotes in line with SLA requirements and commercial frameworks
  • Identifying and progressing new revenue opportunities across existing and target partners
  • Maintaining high-quality CRM data, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy
  • Ensuring strong margin performance through disciplined pricing and deal governance
  • Partnering with internal teams to progress deals efficiently through approval and execution stages

About You

You’re a commercially minded sales professional who operates effectively in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment, managing multiple concurrent opportunities and time-sensitive deliverables, with a strong understanding of precision, pace, and relationship management in indirect sales channels.

Key capabilities include:

  • Experience working with brokers, TPIs, or indirect B2B sales channels (energy sector experience advantageous)
  • Demonstrated success in transactional sales, balancing both volume and margin outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive quoting and sales workflows
  • Proficiency in CRM systems with a high standard of data accuracy and sales hygiene
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability, with well-developed communication and influencing skills
