About the Role
As Venue Manager, you will take full ownership of the venue’s day-to-day operations, leading from the front while driving culture, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence.
You’ll oversee all aspects of the business including food & beverage operations, gaming, team leadership, labour management, compliance, and customer engagement while ensuring the venue continues to deliver an outstanding local experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading, developing, and inspiring a large hospitality team
- Driving financial performance, profitability, and KPI outcomes
- Managing labour costs, stock control, and operational efficiencies
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the venue
- Building strong relationships within the local community
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and compliance
- Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
- Working closely with central support teams across the business
About You
You are an experienced hospitality leader who brings energy, accountability, and strong commercial acumen to everything you do.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous Venue Management experience within pubs, hotels, or large hospitality venues
- Strong understanding of gaming, food & beverage, and operational management
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent financial and labour management capability
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach
- Current RSA, RSG & Approved Manager qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
