We are seeking a motivated and detail‑focused Adviser Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to our advisers and clients. About the role
As an Adviser Assistant, you will support advisers with client administration, documentation, and communication, helping deliver a high standard of service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Location

However, we are open to other locations for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Providing administrative and operational support to advisers
- Preparing and maintaining client files, records and correspondence
- Managing client enquiries and acting as a key point of contact
- Assisting with policy / advice documentation, renewals and updates
- Supporting claims or service requests and liaising with stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
- General office and diary administration as required
About you
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive, team‑focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in financial services, insurance or professional services is desirable but not essential
