We have an exciting opportunity now available for an experienced and passionate Practice Manager to join us on a full-time basis to oversee the day-to-day management of a multidisciplinary team across our Brisbane clinics.
The Practice Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and procedures related to the administration of support services, clerical staff, and cardiac services provided to the community. This role is also vital in fostering relationships across clinical teams and enhancing process efficiency at our sites.
Your Impact, With Us
As our valued Practice Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care and operational efficiency across our busy Port Macquarie clinic. This role plays a crucial part in developing a dynamic team culture, improving patient care outcomes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Drive a dynamic and innovative culture within the team where individuals inspire each other to continuously deliver exceptional outcomes and care for our patients
- Daily operational oversight of the front desk which includes but is not limited to general reception and administrative services for the clinic including answering phones, making and managing patient appointments
- Effective and proactive diary management incorporating consultation and testing appointments in line with utilisation targets, key performance indicators and administrative protocols for appointments, testings and hospitals admissions
- Effective management of the financial requirements of the site, including daily reconciliation, billing, banking and month end
- Actively support the Cardiologists and champion Advara HeartCare initiatives to drive quality, efficiency and access to services.
Who you are
- Proven ability to deliver superior patient care and stakeholder customer service
- Strong leadership experience, inspiring confidence and aligning with organizational values
- Excellent stakeholder management, adept at liaising, influencing, and negotiating across all staff levels
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with experience developing local business plans to meet practice objectives
- Strong analytical skills, adept at solving complex problems, with resilience to overcome obstacles and ensure task completion.
