We are seeking a passionate Permanent Nursery Educator to join our warm and established team at our 92-place early learning centre in Sebastopol.

Our service is a single-level, 25-year-old building with strong community presence and long-standing staff tenure—many team members have been with us for 10+ years, with some exceeding 16 years. This reflects our positive culture, supportive leadership, and genuine team connection.

About You

Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Passion for working with infants and building secure attachments

Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards

Warm, responsive, and team-focused approach

Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
