As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a defined Charter Hall Office portfolio in Western Sydney, ensuring buildings run smoothly, safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to tenants and stakeholders.

Perfect for an experienced FM ready to take ownership of a premium commercial office portfolio.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead day-to-day operations across a defined Charter Hall Office portfolio
  • Manage planned, preventative and reactive maintenance programs
  • Drive compliance, risk, safety and asset management standards across all sites
  • Oversee budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and vendor performance
  • Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors and the client team

About You

  • Proven experience in commercial office Facilities Management
  • Strong technical understanding of building services and operations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and reporting skills
  • Confident managing competing priorities, contractors and client expectations
