Job Description
- Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, password and connectivity issues
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams where required
- Assist with user account administration and system access requests
- Deliver professional and customer-focused technical support to end users
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
- Degree or studies in IT, Computer Science or related discipline, OR prior Level 1 IT support experience
- Strong interest in technology and customer support
- Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365 and desktop troubleshooting
- Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
