Job Description

  • Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, password and connectivity issues
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams where required
  • Assist with user account administration and system access requests
  • Deliver professional and customer-focused technical support to end users

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
  • Degree or studies in IT, Computer Science or related discipline, OR prior Level 1 IT support experience
  • Strong interest in technology and customer support
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365 and desktop troubleshooting
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
