Job Description
- Provide L1/L2 operational support for SAP FI/CO, resolving priority incidents and system defects impacting Finance processes
- Support core finance functions including AP, AR, GL, and COPA within SAP
- Monitor and maintain system interfaces and IDocs to ensure accurate and timely data flow
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring financial reporting deadlines are met
- Perform system monitoring, targeted fixes, and maintain support documentation to ensure ongoing system stability
The Successful Applicant
A Successful SAP Support Analyst Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in ICT, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience supporting SAP FI/CO systems
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, CO-PA)
- Experience in incident management and L1/L2 application support
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to support financial close periods under pressure
