Key Responsibilities

• Delivered exceptional first impressions as a key point of contact for guests, providing warm, knowledgeable service and personalised local area recommendations to enhance their stay.
• Assisted with concierge and porter responsibilities, including luggage handling, guest requests, and front-of-house support while maintaining a professional presence in high-traffic areas.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with guests and colleagues, accurately recording requests, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Utilised basic computer systems and property management tools to manage reservations, update guest information, and process transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Applied problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous hotel experience in a similar guest-facing role, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Valid Driver’s Licence with proven ability to safely operate guest vehicles; prior valet parking experience highly desirable.
• Skilled in anticipating and promptly attending to guest needs, ensuring personalized and timely service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to offer warm, professional greetings and farewells to guests at all times.
• Good knowledge of the local area and support guests with reservations and information on attractions and dining.
• Competent in handling guest luggage transfers and maintaining a clean, organized hotel entrance and foyer.
• Experienced in coordinating guest requests across multiple departments and following up to guarantee satisfaction
