With a strong reputation for delivering sound, high-quality outcomes, our client is continually growing and now has a great opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to help drive their Strata business in the Gold Coast region, this position can be based Hope Island or Southport

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage, coordinate and manage trades for strata direct projects
• Communicate and negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
• Liaise between strata managers and owners and coordinate access to properties
• Provide regular repair progress updates to customers and deal with disputes and issue resolution, as required
• Meet SLA & KPI requirements driving performance expectations
• Ensure work conforms to legislative and contractual OHS requirements
• Ensure all inspection, certificates of final inspection and other relevant documentation are signed off
• Represent our business with professionalism and build trusted client relationships
• Help drive the division’s performance – from margin control to pricing strategies

Key Selection Criteria

Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.

• Ability to supervise residential & commercial projects
• Carpentry / Building Trade Qualification highly regarded
• Cert IV in Building & Construction ideal, however not essential
• QBCC licence preferred but not essential
• Strata or Insurance building background highly regarded
• Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
• Good work ethic & highly motivated
• Strong computer skills & sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with OHS practices, legislation & regulations
• Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
• Current & valid motor vehicle licence
