About the role: This is a hands-on CEO position leading the next phase of global growth and scale.

• Work directly with the Founder on execution and direction
• Scale what’s already working
• Raise capital to accelerate growth
• Lead product commercialization
• Build structure, systems, and team for global expansion

You are responsible for turning early traction into a scalable, repeatable, high-performance business.

What You’ll Do (The Execution)

Lead the next phase of growth and scale

• Drive capital raising, ideally with exposure to US markets
• Partner closely with the Founder on execution and direction
• Build structure, systems and accountability across the business
• Turn early traction into repeatable, scalable performance
• Oversee go-to-market and user growth at scale
• Represent the business with investors, partners and in market

Who You Are (The DNA)

We are looking for a proven builder who understands what it takes to scale.

• Experience scaling a product, platform or SaaS business
• Strong capital raising experience (US exposure highly regarded)
• Commercially sharp, you understand numbers, not just narrative
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
• Able to move between strategy and execution easily
• A builder. A doer. Someone who gets things done
