- Maintain accurate job records and service system data
- Monitor service inventory including technician van stock and parts availability
- Escalate service issues or scheduling conflicts where required
- Collaborate with internal teams including Parts, Sales, and Projects
What will make your application stand out?
- 2+ years’ experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations administration within a fast-paced environment
- Must have experience working in a technical support or ICT service environment, with the ability to manage workload independently
- Experience using service management, scheduling, or job dispatch systems (ServiceNow desirable but not essential)
- Certificate or diploma in administration, business, or similar (preferred)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume service environment
- Clear and professional customer communication (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Problem-solving and issue escalation capability
- Confidence working with technicians and technical stakeholders
