The Role

We are seeking a a Product Marketing Specialist to lead our go-to-market strategy launch activities, market intelligence, and sales and customer engagement initiatives that position our solutions effectively in the market. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping how our products are understood, adopted, and valued — both by our customers and our sales teams. Part of our Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Sales, and Clinical teams to craft messaging, campaigns, and tools that turn complex technology into meaningful customer stories.

How would you contribute to our success?

  • Lead go-to-market launch planning and execution for new solutions and enhancements.
  • Create compelling product messaging, content, and sales enablement tools that drive awareness and conversion.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure consistent, customer-centric communication.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and voice-of-customer research to shape go-to-market strategy and messaging.
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Deliver insights and reporting to support continuous improvement across marketing activities.

What will make your application stand out?

  • 5+ years’ experience in product or solution marketing, ideally in B2B, technology, or healthcare.
  • Proven success in go-to-market execution and sales enablement.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and content creation tools.
  • Commercially minded marketer who combines creativity with analytical thinking, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and excels at translating technical information into clear, customer-focused value.
  • A proactive, organised approach and a passion for driving results through collaboration.
