As a Foreman, you’ll play a key role in delivering over $115m of secured work, including a $12m TMR Package. You will lead crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Managing site teams and subcontractors to meet program milestones and staging requirements
- Maintain compliance with TMR standards, quality requirements, and environmental obligations where applicable
- Driving a positive, solutions-focused team culture on site
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
About You
- Proven experience as a Foreman on civil construction projects
- Previous experience delivering works under TMR specifications and standards highly regarded
- Strong understanding of TMR quality, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to program and budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Plant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
