As a Foreman, you’ll play a key role in delivering over $115m of secured work, including a $12m TMR Package. You will lead crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Managing site teams and subcontractors to meet program milestones and staging requirements
  • Maintain compliance with TMR standards, quality requirements, and environmental obligations where applicable
  • Driving a positive, solutions-focused team culture on site
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

About You

  • Proven experience as a Foreman on civil construction projects
  • Previous experience delivering works under TMR specifications and standards highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of TMR quality, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to program and budget
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
  • Current Driver Licence
  • Plant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
