Due to continued growth across our technology division Synchro Partners, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team. This is an opportunity to step into an established brand with strong market reputation, existing client relationships and genuine support to build a high-performing desk.

The Opportunity

You will work across permanent and/or contract technology recruitment, partnering with enterprise clients, mid-market organisations and fast-growing businesses across most sectors. We recruit across:

  • Software Engineering
  • ERP & CRM
  • Project Services
  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Cyber Security
  • Data & AI
  • Architecture & Leadership

You'll have the autonomy to develop your own market while being supported by experienced leadership, internal research capability and established delivery processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and managing client relationships
  • Winning new business opportunities
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality technology talent
  • Running candidate interviews and market mapping
  • Consulting with clients on hiring strategy and market insights
  • Managing contractor and permanent recruitment processes
  • Working closely with leadership on growth initiatives and strategic accounts
