Based in the Eastern Suburbs, this role is 30-hours per week, working with a family office, running a small and manageable property portfolio.

Office (7 tenants)

Industrial (1 tenant)

Residential (15+ apartments)

Other (car spaces)

This role will suit an experieced property manager across office and residential property, looking to have a very stable role, in a intimate setting, with low pressure, and high reward.

You will need to be familiar with Xero (invoices) and Re-lease property systems.

This is a hands-on, end to end role taking carriage for a well maintained and steady portfolio.

You will also have the opportunity to assist in the review and underwriting of new investments, and advise the family on strategic opportunities.

Ideally the 30-hours are spread between 5 days, or 4 days per week. Hybrid flexibility between Eastern suburbs office and WFH.
