Master Scheduler

A major public sector transformation program is underway, and we’re looking for an experienced Master Scheduler to help drive its success. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale workforce management initiative, supporting improved systems, processes, and outcomes across a complex organisation.

About the Role

As Master Scheduler, you’ll:

• Lead planning and scheduling across multiple concurrent program streams

• Manage dependencies, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery

• Facilitate planning workshops and align stakeholders across teams

• Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions

• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling standards and practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with scheduling tools (MS Project / Project Online preferred)

• Proven track record in large transformation programs (public or private sector)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong analytical capability to identify risks and inefficiencies in schedules

• Experience facilitating planning workshops and managing interdependencies
