The Role
The program is delivering a major ICT transformation, replacing legacy systems used for camera‑detected offence processing and introducing new solutions for camera planning, scheduling, and data analytics. Working closely with the Organisational Change Manager, Change Analysts, and project teams, the CSO will help coordinate and support change management activities across multiple projects. This role provides hands‑on coordination and administrative support, helping the change team track activities, manage documentation, and support effective stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities
- Support the Organisational Change Manager and Change Analysts to coordinate and track change activities across the program
- Coordinate change‑related meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and training activities, including:
- Scheduling and logistics
- Agenda preparation and meeting packs
- Minutes, action registers and follow‑up
- Maintain and update change documentation and artefacts, including:
- Registers and action logs
- Stakeholder engagement records
- Change activity schedules and readiness trackers
- Presentations and working document
What our client requires
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative, coordination, project or program support within:
- ICT delivery
- Business transformation
- Change management environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Proven experience coordinating meetings, workshops or stakeholder forums, including preparation, documentation and follow‑up
- High attention to detail in maintaining registers, action logs, agendas, minutes and change artefacts
- Strong capability with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including:
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Microsoft Teams and SharePoin
