Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through to completion
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Applications, Infrastructure, and business units
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships
- Oversee testing phases including SIT and UAT
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and quality standards
- Prepare documentation and submissions for governance boards (e.g. Project Review Board, Architecture Review Board)
- Support smooth system transitions with minimal business disruption
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- Proven experience in project management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of technology systems and their application in industrial environments.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A relevant qualification in project management, engineering, or a related field.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
