MSP Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced MSP Program Manager to join our team onsite in Adelaide. Reporting to the Head of Program Delivery, this role is critical in building and managing exceptional customer experiences through strong relationships and operational excellence with one of our key new clients.

This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with customers, and is passionate about service delivery and continuous improvement.

From the Day One

You will be responsible for

  • Delivering all elements of the MSP solution, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations are met or exceeded
  • Managing and leading a high-performing team of MSP Program Coordinators
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Acting as the trusted escalation point for priority and complex matters
  • Driving customer satisfaction through proactive service improvement initiatives
  • Using data and reporting to provide insights on contract performance and optimisation opportunities
  • Supporting customers through audits and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
  • Identifying risks in the supply chain and implementing alternative solutions
  • Sharing industry, legislative and market insights with customers
  • Providing benchmarking information and performance analysis
  • Identifying and nurturing sales opportunities and providing leads to Sales and Marketing
  • Supplying competitor intelligence and new market trends to internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

You will have

  • Previous MSP experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the temporary labour market
  • Experience using SAP Fieldglass
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience working across time zones and states
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High integrity, professionalism, and business ethics
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to work
  • Strong understanding of industry and market trends
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment from stakeholders
