What this role is really about
This isn’t just campaign trafficking and weekly reporting.
You’ll own campaigns from planning through to optimisation across search, social, display, video and programmatic channels. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, contribute ideas and play a genuine role in improving campaign performance. The role also offers exposure to offline media, broader strategy conversations and mentoring opportunities as you grow.
You’ll work with a team that values curiosity and experimentation. New ideas aren’t parked for “one day”. Testing and innovation are expected.

What you’ll be doing
Own campaign builds, optimisation and reporting across Google, Meta, Programmatic, Display and Video channels.
Monitor budgets, pacing and performance, identifying opportunities to improve results and exceed client objectives.
Work closely with client services, creative teams and media partners while contributing ideas that improve campaign outcomes.
You’ll also support and mentor more junior team members as your own capability grows.
What you’ll need
- Around 2+ years agency experience managing paid media campaigns
- Experience across Google Ads, Meta and ideally exposure to programmatic platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and an interest in understanding what actually drives performance
- Someone proactive, curious and keen to keep developing their skillset
