The Role
This is a pivotal role at the centre of our investment platform, where you will deliver highly synthesised financial, portfolio, and treasury analysis across our unlisted real estate investment vehicles. Acting as the analytical engine of Funds Management, you will directly support investment strategy, capital allocation, and treasury decision-making.
Working closely with senior leaders across Funds Management, Asset Management, Capital Transactions and Finance, you will provide clear, concise, and actionable insights that drive performance and inform strategic decisions.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong financial modelling capability (Excel-based, institutional quality)
- Experience in funds management, real estate, private equity, or investment analysis
- Highly analytical with the ability to distil complex data into clear insights
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain best-in-class fund and portfolio financial models
- Deliver insightful fund performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Analyse portfolio trends, risks, and value creation opportunities
- Support investment strategy through scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Integrate asset-level data, capital structures, and debt positions into fund models
- Provide analytical support across capital allocation and treasury decisions
