About This Role
We have an opportunity available for an Education Specialist to join our support office team in Victoria. It is an exciting time to join our thriving Education function as we grow the team. The position is full time, permanent role. You will spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working for home.
What You'll Do
The Education Specialist is responsible for uplifting educational practice and capability across OAC campuses. This role delivers targeted professional development, supports curriculum innovation, and provides specialist consultancy to campus leaders and educators. It plays a key role in embedding the Nurture program and reviewing the Grow Curriculum to ensure alignment with evidence based best practice.

Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Working with Children Check for use in employment (mandatory for all OAC roles including support team)
- Degree-qualified in Early Childhood Education or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in curriculum leadership, professional development, or educational consultancy.
- Deep understanding of VEYLDF, EYLF, NQS, and jurisdictional frameworks.
- Experience designing and delivering PD at scale.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and adult learning experience.
