Test Manager

If you’re the kind of Test Manager who doesn’t just run test cycles, but actually protects the business from bad releases, this one will make sense.

I’m looking for a Senior Test Manager to lead test strategy, governance and release assurance across a TechOne ERP program and its broader integration landscape. This is a senior QA leadership role covering functional, integration and regression testing, plus the messy reality of interfaces, reports, downstream systems and data migration validation. You will be coordinating SIT and UAT across multiple vendors, so strong governance and stakeholder management is key.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the end-to-end test strategy, planning, governance and assurance
• Managing vendor-led testing streams and keeping everyone aligned to the same quality bar
• Running defect, risk and quality management with clear reporting and escalation
• Leading SIT and UAT across ERP, integrations, interfaces, reports and downstream systems
• Supporting business readiness and providing release assurance for go-live and cutovers
• Validating data migration outcomes and ensuring the business can trust what lands in production

What we’re looking for

• Proven leadership of ERP testing programs (TechOne experience ideal)
• Strong test governance and assurance capability, not just execution
• Solid experience across SIT, UAT, integration testing and regression
• Confident stakeholder and vendor manager who can drive outcomes under pressure
