As a Senior Engineer at Lucid, you’ll be the go-to technical leader on projects—bringing clarity, confidence, and practical solutions to the table. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, then turn those ideas into smart, sustainable designs. This isn’t just about delivering great engineering; it’s about building strong relationships, mentoring others, and helping shape the future of our team. How you’ll contribute day-to-day

· Take ownership as lead engineer on projects, ensuring design quality and alignment with Lucid standards.

· Prepare designs, calculations, documentation, and reports with precision and clarity.

· Attend site inspections and client meetings, providing practical advice and clear communication.

· Collaborate with engineers, drafters, and project leaders to deliver outstanding outcomes.

· Coach and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and building capability.

· Drive continuous improvement in design processes and contribute to Lucid’s technical forums.
