Project Manager (SaaS Product Rollout)

Project-manage the rollout of concurrent SaaS product systems across three integrated resort properties. Melbourne based, full time independant contractor role, 12 months.

About the engagement

BLACKTABLE Consulting is partnering with Australia's largest integrated resort and casino to deliver three concurrent transformation programmes. You manage two of them. The Contract Lifecycle Management rollout centralises contract creation, approval, compliance tracking, and renewal management across all properties. The Foo and Beverage product ordering system rollout replaces the existing SaaS platform as the new ordering system across Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney. You report to the Project Director and run both projects with the support of a shared Process Specialist, the Change Lead, and client internal stakeholders. This role is af ull time contract consultant role, and therefore, you come with your own ABN and PI/PL insurances and are an independent contractor. A daily rate will be negotiated for the right applicant. Melbourne based, 12 months from June 2026 to July 2027, with travel to Perth and Sydney during property rollouts.

What you will deliver

• Integrated project plan covering all three property waves

• RACI and governance framework spanning both initiatives

• Weekly status reports to programme leadership

• Risk and issue register with owned mitigations across both workstreams

• Vendor coordination and deliverable tracking for both projects

• Stakeholder engagement and steering committee packs

• Property go or no-go readiness assessments for Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney

• Project close-out and handover documentation

What you bring

• Five plus years project management experience

• Track record delivering procurement or contract management system rollouts

• ERP, SaaS, or large enterprise platform deployment experience

• Multi-site or multi-property rollout experience

• Vendor management track record across multiple parallel vendors

• PMBOK, Prince2, or AgilePM credentials preferred

• Confident steering committee operator

• Stakeholder fluency from operational lead through to executive sponsor

• Your own ABN for invoicing your services
