Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support social media operations, marketing activities, and business development initiatives.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career candidates who are passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and brand growth. You will be involved in social media management, external marketing coordination, and supporting business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• Manage daily social media operations, including content scheduling, comments, messages, and community engagement
• Conduct content research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to improve audience engagement and reach
• Coordinate with external marketing channels, partners, media resources, and content creators to support marketing campaigns
• Support marketing initiatives and branding activities to improve visibility and lead generation
• Assist with business development activities, including market research, client outreach support, and partnership coordination
• Track and report performance metrics such as engagement, traffic, and campaign results
• Support other marketing and business-related projects as required

We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
• Strong interest in social media operations and digital marketing
• Familiarity with platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), LinkedIn, WeChat, or similar channels
• Strong written Mandarin skills; English proficiency preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in business development and commercial growth activities is highly regarded
