The Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven real estate professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, enjoys sales and relationship building, and thrives in a target-driven environment. You will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and working towards weekly and monthly KPIs within a high-performing team.

Based in a fast-paced office environment, this full-time opportunity is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate without pursuing a standalone sales agent pathway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and cold calling for new property management listings
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
  • Proactively identify and secure potential new clients
  • Establish and maintain an accurate CRM database
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental appraisals and new managements obtained
  • Coordinate photos, signboards, and advertising for available rental properties
  • Assist with and attend open homes
  • Prepare and conduct ingoing reports when required
  • Work occasional Saturdays with a mid-week half-day RDO provided

The successful candidate will demonstrate

  • Previous sales experience working towards targets/KPIs
  • Previous real estate industry experience is essential
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presentation and confident interpersonal skills
  • Strong objection handling and follow-up abilities
  • Team-oriented with strong local area knowledge
  • Valid driver's licence and full-time access to a vehicle required
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
