Brand and Production Coordinator

Promotional Product Experts

Are you someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys talking to people, and wants to bring your broader skillset to a business where it will actually make a difference? At Promotional Product Experts, we’re looking for a Brand & Production Coordinator to take ownership of three core areas: quality control and pre-production, customer service and sales support, and contributing something extra — whether that’s digital marketing, content, design, or another skill that helps us grow.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on role with real variety and genuine exposure to every part of our business. What You’ll Do:Quality Control & Pre-ProductionReview every order for accuracy before it progresses, checking quantities, product specs, artwork files, and decoration details. Use Adobe Illustrator to build and assess digital mockups, ensuring logos and artwork meet minimum print and production requirements. Act as the final checkpoint before artwork is sent to customers for sign-off, catching issues before they become problems.Customer Service & Sales SupportHandle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email, providing knowledgeable and friendly advice on products and decoration options. Assist in responding to branded merchandise briefs and campaign enquiries, helping clients find the right solution for their needs. Build rapport with clients and contribute to a customer experience that keeps them coming back.Your Additional ContributionThis is where you get to bring something to the table. We are open to what that looks like, whether it is digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, website updates, content creation, or another relevant skillset. We want someone who sees opportunities to improve how we do things and is willing to take initiative. What You’ll Bring:A sharp eye for detail, because you genuinely notice when something is off. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence on the phone. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required. A secondary skillset you are proud of, such as digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design. Please tell us about this in your cover letter. Good computer literacy with experience in Excel, MYOB, or website administration being a bonus. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball. What We Look For:We care more about attitude, initiative, and genuine ability than a perfect resume. If you are the kind of person who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and wants to contribute beyond a narrow job description, you will fit right in.About Us:Promotional Product Experts is a leading supplier of branded merchandise with 25 years of industry experience. From conference giveaways to large-scale branded campaigns, we help businesses make a lasting impression and we take real pride in the quality and care we put into every order. Why Work With Us?A fun, professional, and close-knit team based in St Kilda, close to shops and public transport. Real autonomy and responsibility from day one. A role where your ideas are heard and your contributions are visible. Career growth opportunities within a boutique, established business. Ongoing training and support from senior management who are genuinely invested in your development. How to Apply:Send your resume and a cover letter to ***email_hidden*** that tells us two things: what you would bring to the quality control and customer-facing side of the role, and what your additional skillset is and how you would apply it here. Applications that skip the cover letter will not be considered. We want to hear from you, not just see your work history.
