ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a technically sharp Senior Interior Documenter to join our Richmond studio team full time. The primary focus of this role is Retail Rollout projects, contributing across Concept through to Construction Documentation. You'll also work across the broader HG portfolio — multi and single-residential, hotel and hospitality — as resourcing requires. This role is full-time, based out of our Richmond Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Spatial modelling and producing 3D photo realistic renderings at Concept and Schematic Design stages
- Producing Design Development, Tender and coordinated Construction Documentation
- Collaborating with the Studio team to maintain and improve CAD templates and workflows
- Acting as a resident tech resource – troubleshooting, exploring new tools and liaising with our external IT specialists.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A minimum 8 years' recent experience documenting in ArchiCAD in 3D
- A minimum 8 years' documenting commercial interior projects to a high level of detail (e.g. joinery 1:20 etc.)
- Strong CAD standards knowledge - able to build, maintain and improve studio templates and workflows
- Experience across the full project lifecycle from modelling in Concept Stage through to producing fully coordinated Construction Documentation
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
