What you’ll be doing

:

As Legal Counsel at Virgin Australia, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the business, partnering with teams across the organisation to provide commercially pragmatic legal support that helps keep us moving forward. You’ll play a key role in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, reviewing marketing and promotional content, advising on litigation matters and helping the business confidently navigate legal risk across areas including consumer, competition privacy and spam l

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll provide innovative and solutions focused legal advice to support Virgin Australia achieve its strategic initiatives. . You’ll be great in this role if

• you:Bring 2 to 4 years post admission experience from a reputable law firm or in house legal team, with strong exposure to complex commercial transactions, contract drafting and negoti
• ationHave a Bachelor of Laws and hold (or are eligible to obtain) a Legal Practising Certif
• icateProvide commercially pragmatic advice that balances legal compliance with business strategy and delivers practical out
