Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Medical Administrator to join our Mater Private Hospital team on a permanent basis. This role is offered on a rotating roster with shifts varying across the practice hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
• Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
• Professional personal presentation
