• Identifying, analysing and documenting business services, including process models and detailed specifications
• Conduct market research and assess service demand, volumes, and operational needs
• Plan and lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and client consultations
• Develop cost models, perform feasibility and options analysis across sourcing approaches
• Assess operational impacts, prepare total cost projections, and support organisational change
• Produce high-quality reports, present findings, and provide actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• 610 years experience in a commercial or consulting environment
• Proven experience in business analysis, process review, or advisory work
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and encourage open dialogue
• High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
