Remuneration: ASO6 ($102,171 - $108,071 p.a) + 12% Super

About The Opportunity

  • Turn real customer and business needs into clear, workable solutions that improve how Super SA operates.
  • Lead discovery and workshops that uncover opportunities to simplify processes and lift service quality.
  • Define practical future-state improvements (processes, workflows, structures) that meet business rules and usability needs.
  • Strengthen delivery by supporting business cases, project briefs and end-to-end initiatives that advance strategic objectives.
  • Reduce delivery risk by conducting business risk and impact assessments and helping resolve issues early.
  • Build capability across the PMO by mentoring Business Analysts and contributing to PMO policies and procedures.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings strong business analysis experience and can confidently influence and partner with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Uses advanced analytical and critical thinking to explore options, weigh evidence, and recommend practical, efficient solutions.
  • Enjoys making sense of complex information — interpreting data and translating it into clear insights people can act on.
  • Is skilled in requirements analysis and in documenting business processes and procedures in a way that supports delivery and change.
  • Produces high-quality project documentation (business cases, reports and recommendations) that stands up to scrutiny.
  • Can coordinate complex, high-priority work with discretion, keeping momentum under tight deadlines while staying calm and organised.
