Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Specialist in SAP Application Security, you will be responsible for maintaining SAP application security solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their security requirements and translate them into functional solutions using SAP security tools.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Design and Implement SAP Security Policies: Design and implement SAP security policies and procedures to meet client requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR.
Configure and Customize SAP Security: Configure and customize SAP security settings to meet client requirements, implementing role-based access control and segregation of duties in SAP systems.
Conduct Security Audits and Risk Assessments: Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and translate them into functional solutions using SAP security tools.
Develop and Maintain Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base, staying up-to-date with new features and releases of SAP security modules.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Extensive demonstrable SAP IdM & GRC experience including:

4 full end-to end project lifecycles
Proven experience with complex Identity Management solutions
Proven experience with integration of IDM solutions to HR solutions
Comprehensive T-SQL skills
Extensive JavaScript skills
Hands on experience with SCIM
Hands on experience with LDAP technologies
Experience integrating IDM with

HANA
Active Directory
SCIM
LDAP
BO
Identity Provisioning Service
Identity Authentication Service

Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem
An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
Strong stakeholder management skills
