We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Warehouse Assistant to join AVM’s Procurement and Supply Chain Department, located within the Adelaide Convention Centre.

The Role
In this role, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operations and assist with beverage logistics. You will play a key part in ensuring stock is accurately forecast, received, processed, and prepared for events.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving of goods, including checking deliveries and ensuring accuracy of stock.
- Support the processing of invoices and delivery receipts through the inventory management system.
- Assist in forecasting beverage requirements for upcoming events.
- Pick, pack, and prepare beverage stock for events across the venue.
- Assist with event pack-downs and returns, ensuring stock is accounted for and stored correctly.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
- General warehouse duties including stock handling, sorting, and storage.
About You
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
