Your Next Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Community Manager to join our team at our Taree Gardens site.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the day to day operations of the Gardens Community, ensuring a safe, welcoming and connected environment while delivering exceptional personalised services to residents.

In this Role, You’ll

  • Deliver a consistently high resident experience by leading day to day community operations, resident engagement, events and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage community performance, including occupancy, presentation, asset upgrades, safety compliance, and P&L outcomes.
  • Lead and support a high performing team and contractors, fostering strong relationships with residents, families and key internal stakeholders.

You’re Likely a Match If You

  • You have experience managing operations in a resident focused environment such as lifestyle communities, aged care, hospitality or property.
  • You’re a confident, compassionate leader with strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
  • You’re organised, adaptable and commercially minded, with experience in safety compliance, budgeting and continuous improvement.
  • You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
