Your Mo-Mission (should You Choose To Accept It)
You're the global account owner for Movember's most strategically significant partnerships, the ones with the power to drive transformational change for men's health through income, impact, and reach. This isn't a transactional role. It's about building the partnerships that will define what Movember can achieve over the next decade.
You'll sit at the intersection of income generation and mission-driven impact, developing relationships that go well beyond brand association. You're equally fluent in the commercial language of global partnership and the purpose-led language of men's health, moving between boardroom and programme team with confidence and credibility.
From prospecting and pitching through to multi-year renewal and growth, you'll own the full partnership lifecycle for our most valuable global accounts. You'll set the strategy and activation roadmap for each partner, define what markets need to deliver, direct the M&C team on creative and content support, and hold both accountable for execution. Where co-investment in men's health outcomes is on the table, you'll develop the evidence-based propositions that make it happen.

No Moustache Required - But The Following Are
- A proven track record of owning and growing high-value, complex global partnerships, with accountability for both income and partner experience
- The ability to develop and execute multi-year partner plans that grow relationships in depth, value, and strategic alignment
- Strong commercial acumen, including a solid understanding of partnership economics, negotiation, and contract structures
- The confidence to set, manage, and forecast against income targets with rigour
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the credibility to engage senior stakeholders with clarity, conviction, and authenticity
- The ability to influence market teams and functions across a global organisation, and to escalate and resolve activation challenges where needed
- Impact fluency: the ability to translate Movember's outcomes frameworks into compelling co-investment propositions, engaging credibly across both commercial and programme contexts
Not Mission Critical - but for extra bonus points:
- Experience developing philanthropic or impact co-investment partnerships
- Familiarity working across multi-market environments, navigating complex internal and external stakeholder landscapes
- Experience working within or alongside a purpose-led organisation, and comfort moving between commercial and mission-driven conversations

We’re even shaping government policies on men’s health worldwide. By meeting directly with lawmakers, and helping them understand how more investment on men’s health benefits not just men, but all the communities they serve.
Good Vibes
We love weekends. That’s why our Fridays finish early for nine months of the year. But we also love our office vibe. Because here, it always feels like something big is about to happen. Be it an office-wide surprise birthday party (with cake!) or an open invite for all to hit the pub.
Come the hairy season, the energy cranks up. We’re talking celebrity visits. Live stunts on-site for TV and radio. And when we hit a fundraising milestone, the office gong might even go off. But, for those who prefer calm, no probs: hybrid working means you work where you feel best.
