Queensland X-Ray has more than 50 practices, led by the most experienced team of radiologists and nuclear imaging specialists in the state. Our caring team of professionals from the technical, nursing, and admin support fields are all focused on providing the best service, care and clinical outcomes to our patients and referrers.

About The Role

We are looking for a Bookings Officer to join our team in the Toowoomba region. This is a fixed-term position offered on a full-time basis.

The Bookings Team are responsible for making appointments for our patients across our Toowoomba practices. The role is based in our St Vincent's Hospital practice, with potential requirements to rotate through the Toowoomba Region. This role is predominantly phone based. You will be provided a thorough training program for you to learn the complexities of the role, our locations and bookings processes.

About You

• Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
• Professional personal presentation
