In this role you’ll take ownership of our Townsville operation - leading the commercial direction, strengthening client relationships, growing revenue and margin, and building a team culture that delivers exceptional results.

You Will Have
- Successfully led and developed a small to mid-sized team and know how to bring people with you.
- Strong B2B consultative selling experience, ideally in solution-based sales with longer sales cycles.
- Experience in commercial painting, facilities maintenance, construction, or another trade-based services environment.
- Commercial and financial acumen to manage quoting, tendering, WIP, contract administration, budgets and P&L performance.
