SkyCity Adelaide is on a multi-year business transformation program designed to uplift our operations within the South Australian community. This initiative aims to significantly enhance our regulatory and compliance standards, and to achieve this vision, we are now seeking expressions of interest from ICT professionals as we expand our ICT team.

Who We're Looking For

ICT Business Analyst - This role puts you at the centre of SkyCity systems and process evolution. You'll work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and support delivery ensuring improvements are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and operational units, you'll guide projects from concept to implementation. You'll also play a key role in supporting compliance initiatives, helping ensure systems and processes meet regulatory requirements and internal standards. Whether it's aligning workflows with policy or contributing to audit readiness, your work will help safeguard operational integrity (Salary range $110K to $140K)

ICT Business Architect - We’re seeking a strategic and solutions focused ICT Business Architect to uplift SkyCity Adelaide’s Gambling Harm Minimisation (GHM) technology capability. Acting as the bridge between GHM operations and ICT strategy, you’ll ensure regulatory control requirements are translated into fit for purpose, technology enabled business capabilities. You’ll lead the transition from manual, fragmented processes to a cohesive, technology‑enabled operating model, strengthening compliance, uplifting controls, and supporting safer gambling outcomes for our community. (Salary range $140k to $160K)

Data Analyst - You will translate complex data, risk insights, and compliance requirements into clear, compelling narratives that support informed decision making. You’ll bridge the gap between technical analysis and business operations, ensuring risk information is accessible, actionable, and aligned with both regulatory expectations and organisational priorities. Your work will help uplift SkyCity Adelaide’s risk maturity by enabling leaders to see the story behind the data and make decisions with confidence. (Salary range $115K to $135K)

This role has a targeted start date of July 2026 in line with current business priorities.
