Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tosca Specialist to lead SAP test automation initiatives across enterprise-scale environments. The role involves designing and managing robust automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca, driving SAP functional and regression testing, and optimizing test lifecycle management through qTest and Jira integrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP testing, automation governance, CI/CD practices, and AI-assisted engineering tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient testing solutions. This position also requires leadership capabilities to mentor QA teams, enhance automation maturity, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise QA practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP test automation strategy across enterprise SAP applications and integrated systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Manage test lifecycle activities using qTest, including defect tracking, reporting, and requirements traceability.
• Configure and support integrations between Tosca, qTest, and Jira for streamlined QA delivery.
• Mentor QA teams, drive automation best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Testing, SAP business process validation, and regression testing.
• Advanced expertise in Tricentis Tosca automation framework development and management.
• Solid experience with qTest, Jira integrations, CI/CD concepts, and enterprise QA governance.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering tools including Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, VS Code, GitHub, and Node.js.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, automation roadmap planning, and communication skills.
