Senior Product Manager - HealthTech

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to translate real customer needs into clear strategy, impactful products, and meaningful commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of one or more products, shaping strategy, defining the roadmap, and leading delivery from discovery through to launch and iteration.
Working closely with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate market opportunities and customer needs into clear product direction, ensuring every investment is evidence based and aligned to measurable business outcomes.
Key activities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Own and drive product strategy, translating market opportunities into clear, testable product bets
- Maintain a strong view of industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies
- Make confident product decisions within agreed guardrails
Roadmap & Prioritisation
- Define an outcome-driven roadmap balancing discovery, delivery, and technical investment
- Tie initiatives to clear commercial metrics (revenue, retention, growth)
- Make trade-offs transparent and bring stakeholders on the journey
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use product metrics, experimentation, and customer insight to prioritise effectively
- Partner with Design to run discovery on high-impact problems
- Embed privacy, security, and regulatory considerations into product thinking from day one
Voice of the Customer
- Systematise customer insight through interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops
- Turn insights into clear product direction and prioritisation decisions
- Communicate compelling customer pain points and commercial impact across the business
Commercial Impact & Ownership
- Quantify opportunities in terms of revenue, retention, efficiency, and growth
- Lead opportunity assessments and influence investment decisions
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch optimisation
Go-to-Market & Delivery
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on product launches and positioning
- Define what problem is being solved, for whom, and why it matters
- Ensure teams are set up with clear enablement materials and product knowledge
Collaboration & Leadership
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
- Manage stakeholder relationships with clarity and confidence
- Communicate effectively at all levels, from delivery teams to executive leadership
Skills and experience required
- 5-7 years’ product management experience, with end-to-end product ownership
- B2B experience in Health or SaaS
- Proven experience translating customer and market insight into clear product strategy
- Strong capability in roadmap prioritisation and managing trade-offs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Nice to have but not essential: Exposure to B2B SaaS models, pricing, and commercial strategy, experience integrating AI tools into product workflows and experience taking products through early-stage growth, beta and launch cycles
