What you’ll do

This opportunity suits a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with 1–2 years’ consultancy experience who wants broader project exposure and a clear pathway for development.

You’ll work as part of a wider quantity surveying team, supporting the delivery of high-quality pre-contract and cost management services across multiple sectors. This will include cost planning, estimating, cost control, feasibility studies, value engineering and tender documentation.

You’ll help prepare detailed cost reports, bills of quantities and procurement advice, while developing your client-facing skills and commercial understanding. You’ll also be involved in ensuring documentation and advice aligns with industry standards, project requirements and relevant regulations.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
1–2 years’ experience in a consultancy environment, ideally across pre-contract QS services
Exposure to cost planning, estimating, BOQs, tender documentation and cost reporting
CostX and Excel experience will be highly regarded
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical ability, attention to detail and confidence working with clients
Full Australian working rights
