in a newly-created opportunity as a Practice Coordinator.

The role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and incorporates wide-ranging legal support, legal secretarial and EA responsibilities.
You'll become the right-hand person to a recently-appointed Partner who is approachable, dynamic and keen to embrace tech. You'll support them and a small team of lawyers whith a focus on large scale litigation. You'll also be part of a cohesive, welcoming team of legal support professionals who, while directly supporting assigned Partners, all work together well to support each other at busy times.
Your day will be varied and include responsibility for support around meetings and events & CRM management. You'll oversee matter-management, billing, document/file management and work closely with the firm's business support services (finance, BD, HR etc.) to ensure the Partners and lawyers can fully focus on their legal work.
All in all, this is a well-rounded opportunity that will allow you to use your legal support skills, whilst stepping up to a wide-ranging Practice Coordinator and securing a very prestigious name to add to on your CV!
About you
To be considered for the role you will offer :
- three years experience in a legal secretarial, Legal EA style role, supporting senior lawyers
- Your experience will have been gained in a law firm or in-house legal team;
- You'll be a team player - someone who is ready to join a committed group of legal support professionals who work together well;
- Experience in a Partnership environment would be considered favourably.
