Role Summary
As our Influence/Talent Manager at Swan Studio, you'll oversee and develop our talent recruitment function, while owning the strategy behind how we find, manage, and grow our creator network. You'll work closely with our creative strategists and production team to ensure every shoot has the right talent, every brief is delivered properly, and every piece of content meets our quality bar. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build something at scale. Talent is a core function of what we do at Swan Studio, and you'll play a defining role in developing it and taking it to new heights as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop our talent recruitment and management function
- Constantly uncover new ways to source and recruit content creators across platforms, industries, and markets
- Build and grow our talent database into one of the strongest creator networks globally
- Oversee quality across all talent output, ensuring creators are properly briefed and content meets expectations
- Work alongside creative strategists to develop creator briefs.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our talent pool
- Develop influencer partnerships and unlock Partnership Ads as a core offering at Swan Studio, working with creators to amplify paid social performance
- Partner closely with creative strategists and producers to match the right creators to the right concepts
- Develop systems, processes, and playbooks that scale how we work with talent
- Stay across the creator landscape, emerging platforms, and new talent tools to keep us ahead of the curve
- Recommend the right talent for each project, drawing on sharp instinct and a deep network
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and usage rights with talent to secure the best outcomes for Swan Studio and our clients
- Oversee and manage a team of offshore talent managers
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, casting, or creator partnerships
- Deep understanding of the creator and influencer ecosystem, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp instinct for identifying high-quality creators and spotting what makes content convert
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, shoots, and stakeholders at once
- Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and stays calm under pressure
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with creators, creative strategists, and production teams
- Bonus: existing relationships with creators across multiple niches or markets, or experience with paid social content
- Bonus: familiarity with Partnership Ads (Meta) and influencer-led paid social campaigns
